Terms of Service

These terms cover the community site operated by OG-Network Holdings Pty Ltd from Adelaide, South Australia: forums and news, the knowledge base, site accounts, appeals, and reports. The OG Network game and community rules also apply where relevant. The site is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

Accounts and access

To register, use /register on an OG Network hub and enter the resulting single-use code on the site with your chosen username and password. One active site account links to one verified online-mode Minecraft UUID. Every account must use an authenticator. Password recovery requires /resetpassword while signed into that Minecraft account and the authenticator code. Keep your login details and recovery links private, and do not use another person's code or account. Web-app groups and permissions are set by OG Network and may change when your in-game LuckPerms groups are reconciled on hub relog or when a site administrator changes access. Super Admin is a protected site administration role.

If you are unable to access an account, use the site's recovery process. OG Network may suspend or deactivate an account for misuse, security concerns, or a breach of the rules. Deactivation removes site access; it does not by itself erase a case or moderation record that is still needed. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Forums, news, and knowledge base

Visitors may read public content. Registered members can reply to published news and use any forum node for which they have permission. Only authorised groups can publish news or edit restricted knowledge-base pages. Post content you have the right to share, treat other people respectfully, and do not publish personal data, harassment, spam, impersonation, unlawful material, or fabricated evidence. Node rules and the network rules apply. OG Network may review, hide, edit, lock, or remove content and restrict posting when needed for moderation or security. You remain responsible for your own submissions. Public posts can remain visible after you close your account unless removal is appropriate under the Privacy Policy or applicable law.

You keep ownership of material you create. By posting it, you give OG Network permission to store, display, format, and moderate it as needed to run the community site. This permission ends for removed content, except for copies reasonably retained in backups or necessary moderation records under the Privacy Policy. Do not upload content that would make this permission impossible to grant.

Appeals and reports

Any player may appeal an OG Network ban or mute by entering the punishment type and its numerical LiteBans ID, even without a site account. A report requires a registered Minecraft-linked account. Appeals and reports are private support cases, not public forum threads. Give accurate information and evidence. A punishment ID is a case reference, not proof that the person submitting an anonymous appeal controls the punished Minecraft account. If LiteBans provides a punished UUID, the appeal follows that UUID; if that player later registers, player-visible case messages appear in their account. An IP-only or name-only punishment without a UUID opens a one-off unlinked case for the original appealer and staff. It will not be attached to a later Minecraft registration. Anonymous writers must keep their private receipt link to follow such a case. Staff may review duplicate, abusive, or false submissions and may restrict case access or posting to protect people involved. Submitting an appeal does not automatically suspend or cancel a punishment. Decisions are made under OG Network's moderation rules and are communicated through the case where possible.

Service changes and contact

OG Network may change features, permissions, or these terms as the service develops. Material updates will be shown on the site, and a new acceptance may be required for registered users. Content and service availability can vary due to maintenance, outages, or security work. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For questions or concerns, contact OG Network staff privately through the official Discord server. Use a private message or the available staff support route in that Discord server.
